Description:
Capstone was appointed in March 2009 to project manage the construction of a 60-room resort in Koh Samui, Thailand. The project features environmentally friendly design such as heat recovery systems (using heat generated by air-conditioners to heat water for hot water), sewage treatment plant (to filter waste products to reuse the water in the gardens), water humidification systems (to take the water from the air and filter to drinkable water) and more.

Capstone’s role is to act as the Client’s Representative to appoint the full consultant team and subsequently the Main Contractor. The role then turns to a construction supervision role to ensure the works are carried out in accordance with the design and specification, on time and within budget.

Description:
Capstone was engaged by Venturer Pte Ltd to provide Construction Management Services for the Marina Bay Sands Skypark project. This project involved the landscaping works for the Skypark, which is located 250m above the ground on 1.2 hectares of space, on top of the three hotel towers. These works included timber decking, waterproofing, glass balustrades, stone walkways and walls and the full soft landscaping works for the project.

Capstone is project managing the design and construction of Nautique's Personalised Water
Suites. The Personalised Water Suites are custom built, luxury floating homes which are
designed to be berthed in marinas or purpose built facilities. They are designed as two
storey units which can be utilised as one large suite with two bedrooms or separated into two
self contained units.
